We the undersigned recognize that the national health care bill known as "ObamaCare" is unconstitutional, sets our country on a path to a socialist, single-payer system, busts our national budget, increases our debt and limits the choices and liberties of individual Americans.

We call on Congress to repeal this legislation immediately.

Further, we collectively pledge to only support candidates for Congress who will openly commit to vote for a repeal of ObamaCare.
