House Resolution 397 was introduced by Rep. Randy Forbes May 4, 2009 and has since been hidden away in the House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee, chaired by Rep. Edolphus Towns (D-NY, 10). Rep. Towns refuses to bring H.Res 397 to the subcommittee for discussion. Why?
