One of our favorite Mexican restaurant chains, Rosa Mexicano, HAS REMOVED THE YELLOW RICE (with cilantro garnish) COMPLETELY FROM THEIR MENU!!! Rosa Mexicano has replaced their delicious fluffy yellow rice and cilantro with "family-style brown achiote rice", rather than offer the brown achiote rice as a "healthy" alternative.

Buyer beware, NOW ALL ROSA MEXICANO ENTREES are served with brown rice, with no option to order the classic yellow rice and cilantro we fell in love with. It's gone forever unless we do something to bring it back! Try eating their beef short ribs (Tablones) or their carne asada with healthy brown rice....YUK! Montezuma is rolling over in his grave!
